Hello. This one was recently on eBay and unfortunately is not authentic in my opinion regardless of it having the PSA quick opinion.  Currently, the same seller also has two other Tate signatures for sale that are likely genuine with high price tags.  The one in the attached photo sold for $400.  Real Tate signatures sell for substantial higher $ amounts.  Thanks.

Since this thread started, the seller has changed their ebay username from "hollywood_vaults" to "broadway_pawn"
