Show us your worst autograph tragidy story

I have seen some awful things happen to autographs; usually caused by shipping but this one takes the cake. A guy emailed me this signed picture of Elvis Presley that he found in a barn he bought and the mice had their way with it. It also has Priscilla on the back. What a tragidy.

The Queen LP I posted in another thread was bad but the worst tradgedy for ME was at a Paul McCartney show. He was signing a few things from the stage at the end of the concert. I was front row. Tossed him my VIP invitation with a Sharpie attached. He picked it up. Looked at it and smiled. Looked at me. Took the pen off. Walked back towards the drum kit and showed it to the band. Laid it down on an amp. Walked back over to where I was standing. Took a poster from a guy standing a few seats down from me. Signed his print with MY sharpie and walked away. I want my Shapie back.

Was I wrong to be very, very angry?!?! :-)
