SIGNATURE IDENTIFICATION, NOT AUTOGRAPH - Any idea on who's signature this is?

Now, before you skewer me, I have exhausted almost every option before coming to you guys. I have no idea where or when this jacket was purchased as I purchased it at a thrift store a year ago. I am assuming it is Disney related because of the mickey ears and the Jack Skellington bats, however, I cannot find this jacket online and it does not help that I cannot identify the signature.

I will be extremely grateful for even the slightest bit of help from anybody, thank you!

If it's a Disney cast member jacket, then it might just be the employee's name?

Possibly however I live nowhere near a disneyland, I'm a whole country away in fact. Plus I feel like it would say a bit more than just their name, as most cast member jackets have disney patches or say disney/disney on the inside. This one says nothing and has no patches. It is very odd.
