Huggins & Scott is auctioning a signed Babe Ruth Sepia B&W HOF plaque that I recognized immediately from a HaulsofShame.com article written several years ago. HaulsofShame alleged that the plaque, authenticated by PSA several years ago, is a forgery. According to HaulsofShame, new information has come forth since PSA authenticated the plaque. Now Huggins & Scott is listing it with an opening bid of $25,000 and an estimated value of $60,000 to $100,000.
