I recently purchased a football collection owned by a lady from Indiana and ended up with a few basketball items, including this photo and a couple of other signed Pacers items. 

Someone suggested this might be a pre-stamp but I can't find any comps online that have faux signatures. 

I like that several of the signatures are written over the team name and over into the white.  I'm not sure you would see that on a pre-stamp. It was suggested it was a pre-stamp largely due to the some of the skipping or dotting, but the photo wasn't protected and appears to have some surface scratching.  

Thoughts?
