Signed Legal Document Question?

I’m hoping someone will know what this document is?  I know I have seen it before and is likely late 1969 early 1970 and has something to do with the end of the group?

Since it doesn’t have Paul McCartney, I would guess it involve the remaining three choosing Allen Klein to be their business manager.
