Dont like this - seen this Winwood scammer on here before - note how his "TEVE" is almost identical to the way he signs the surname "WINWOOD". Avoid

It probably doesn't change the evaluation but I'm thinking that the "TEVE" that you see is actually the name Winwood broken into two pieces....Win and then Wood.

Like I said, it won't change the evaluation but I think the forger had in mind for it to be Win then Wood.  Artistic expression I guess he was figuring.
