Hey just a heads up for all you Guns n Roses fans. I went to Slash's concert at Celebrity Theater on 9/5 and had a great time. Afterwords his people told us to all form a line and he would sign 1 per person, no photo's. Their were about 30 people in line. He came out after about an hour and a half and did sign 1 per person like he said he would. He will sign anything you want guitars included, it's just 1 item per person, no photos. I talked someone out of having Slash sign their shoe and to get the auto on their ticket stub instead. He always been nice enough to sign everytime I've met him.

His meet & greets are pretty pricey. Thats great he does this for the fans that can't spend the money but are happy to spend the time waiting. I won a bunch of his t-shirts at a Julien's Auction a while back - I might try my luck at his show next weekend and get one of the shirts signed...any advice on where to loiter? His bus? Behind the venue? Inside the venue?

BTW, thanks for the tip!

I would find the back exit that he comes in and out of and stay as close to that as possible. Get there early too if you can for soundcheck any where from noon until showtime. Then you get 2 shots at getting him. Once pre show and once post show. The other band members are great too and they all played on the new album. His new meet and greets are indeed crazy expensive. His concert is awesome, old GnR tunes and new songs. They're a really great band.

Cool Story!

Nice! Slash also signs TTM, it just takes a long time... He's great to his fans.

Thats awesome one of my favorite artist. From all reports he seems to be a real friend of the sharpie as well. Hope he makes it out to see his east coast fans someday !

I did make it to his show in CT a few months ago. He came out about 90 minutes after the show and signed for the 40+ in line (1 auto per person / no photos). The guy really takes care of his fans...and puts on a great show.
