I bought this autograph book that was signed during the 1960's.

It belonged to the owner of a restaurant in Soho, London.

Whenever anyone famous came in, she would ask them to sign.

I know  this one is Hal Shaper but is it the songwriter.

According to Wikipedia, he was in London in the 60's.
