Hi Richard

I did get him twice during his visit in Stockholm, Sweden. But it was hard work and he was very hard on one per person. It's me in the Pictures getting my Born in the USA signed.

Thank you very much indeed for the message and photos. Congratulations my friend!

I last met Bruce twice in 1999 in Manchester, UK, where I managed to get my 'Songs' book signed by Bruce and the entire E Street Band. Bruce was a little slow, but after I mentioned I had been waiting all weekend to meet him was very gracious! He signed for about 30 people then! I wanted a photo taking with him, but he was then half in his car! I shouted and asked for a photo and he got back out and said 'Somebody take my friend's photo!'. Whilst waiting for the camera to flash, he said 'You're the Man!'.

That made my year! The rest of the band, especially Danny, Roy and Clarence were amazing. Roy sat on the tour bus steps with me and Danny sat in the hotel with me for about 15 minutes!

Great story. I did get all the E-street band on the Born in the USA, with Jake Clemons and Charlie Giordano as replacements for Danny and Clarence. They are all very friendly and all of them still take time to talk to the fans and autograph collectors. All the E-street band did walk around the areas outside the hotel and it was not difficult at all to get them to sign. Bruce is also still very friendly, but very looked after by his bodygurad. The second one I got in Stockholm on this tour was at a traffic light where Bruce was kind enough to pull down the window and sign my CD.
