My first instinct is that these signatures look very good. The only three I own myself are Frakes, Stewart and Spiner - of those only Spiner I got myself (Stewart was a preorder from LFCC and Frakes was from Autograph World). From what I've seen, Sirtis and Burton look right, too. It can never hurt to ask the seller about the source though. I know they did several reunion shows/signings at varies comic cons last year.
There's always this, though it's not the great value that the Wizard World Start Trek TNG reunion was last year:
thanks for the opinion.

Man i would love to go to one of them reunion shows and meet all of them
I'm trying to look up some examples. The Frakes and Stewart signatures didn't strike me as looking particulalrly "off," but I've never been a super-enthusiast in Trek sigs. At first glance, the photo looked like it might be real.
I checked Creation's (official Star Trek con) autograph store. Right now they only have one Frakes, but there are a handful of Stewarts.
Honestly, and I may be wrong. . . I think that's how his signature always looks! Not the pretties of Trek star sigs.
It's all good. I've made infinitely worse typos.
And a whole slew from Celebrity Ink in the UK.

It seems like I have seen that before . . . I'll post it if I stumble across something similar. I'm sure Creation posts "ideal" examples.
The five Captains was probably signed at Wizard World last year (I think they had all five captains in Philly, and maybe one other con).
