Going fine, thanks ! Black coffee with 2 sugars always a favorite !

Studied Stevie's signature intensely for 2o years. It has changes a few times with the decades. She has a specific spacing and linear inflection. All of course depends on circumstances such as the item being signed, pen being used, time taken etc. In your example the 'k' looks close. The 'S' and 'N' look unusual. The spacing looks 65% accurate. The lineage is not typical.

I'm not an authenticator, just aware of her style. I know nothing of where or who you got it from. Most photos signed by her in the late 1980s via her fan mail at the time were signed in gold oil based paint pen (not this color gold) and were always made out to somebody.

Your item could have been done anywhere at any time. Like I said - who knows when or where. I personally would not have bought it but that doesn't mean it's not authentic. I'm just offering my opinion since you asked.   Not overly helpful, I know.

Thanks Lucricia,

You really know her auto's well. There are many things that are atypical about this autograph.

The formation of the S. The connected N to the i in Nicks. The slant. The extra doodles.

It could be authentic but I'm not going to risk it. I'm returning it.

There is a member here named Kathleen Pia. She just bought an expensive Stevie auto with a long

inscription. She is desperately looking for opinions on it and hasn't had much luck. Would you be nice enough to go to her page, take a look at the auto and comment on it for her.

We both thank you,

Dave Stein
