Does have a COA.......it was in a frame .........busted it open......this is what the back looked like........And I do appreciate your input Travis.....

Many a millions of dollars have been spent on autographs that came with bogus certificates of authenticity.  More millions have been spent on autographs that "forensic examiners" mistakenly deemed authentic.  While I'm willing to concede that this Williams looks better than many common forgeries that are on the market, I still have some problems with it.  Let's see what others have to say.
