Ted Williams Question.

I found this on ebay.  For a decent price.  I look at it and I say authentic...but how the D in Ted goes into the W in Williams is throwing me off.  Just wondering what some of ya`ll think about it?   Im not interested in buying it.  Just interested in the sig.  Thanks in advance.

Thanks fellas.  The D does look like it ends early there in the W.  I did notice that.  I wonder if there was a problem with the sharpie.
