apparently psa/dna can tell if a signature is good or not just by looking at a drawing of a heart.

From what I understand, PSA will only authenticate such "poor" examples of signatures (e.g. lines, lines with little curves, lines with little curves beside another line) from in-person autograph hounds who they have a long relationship with and trust. Thats why many may form a sequence of numbers in the database. 

Try sending a similar example you get in person to PSA, it will not be authenticated. You need a relationship/connection. 

Opens the door for easy forgery scams, doesn't it?  

PSA is just too sloppy for me to hold in high regard or recommend at all.
