UK CD with art card (left) and Amazon UK CD signed on the digipak cover arrived today. Unfortunate contrast on the art card.

Finally got the personalized message vinyl from Banquet. Trick with band signings is figuring our who wrote the message. I'll guess it was Georgia based on the pen thickness.
