The West Wing Cast Signed Photo - Is it real?

I've been a huge fan of the West Wing for a while now and have collected all of the cast autographs on individual PSA authenticated photos, but when this came up for auction I jumped at the chance.  The only reason I am somewhat concerned is because the Allison Janney signature is much cleaner than the individual 8x10 I have.  I've also never heard of the company the certificate is from.  Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

The photo includes signatures of Martin Sheen, Allison Janney, John Spencer, Dule Hill, Rob Lowe, Bradley Whitford, Richard Schiff and Janel Moloney.

This is not authentic. In fact, not a single signature on this is signed by the celebrity it is supposed to be signed by.
