The Wildhearts and MUSIC GLUE - NO signed items !

Just a warning : do NOTbuy signed items from the Wildhearts :

They will come UNsigned. I got them at the end of November, without the signed items, and Music Glue replied that the signed photos were sold out. Still, they are still selling it today ! Besides, they refused to pay for the return shipping cost !

I never complained about those media companies so far, because actually, except for Universal and their subsidiaries, I never had serious issues with Recordstore, tmstor and the likes. And I'm buying a lot ! (at least 100 items/month...).

But stay away from MUSIC GLUE: I had a lot of problems with them, sometimes lasting more than a year (signed items from Zee or Trevor Rabin for instance). Very poor customer service, and you have to pay the return shipping even if they are wrong !
