Most of the signatures I have seen, he signs his "T" as cursive and not like the one pictured. I also dont like the way "et" at the end is done. Much different from what I have seen. I would lean towards no, but I'm sure there are other experts out there who know more.

I have found a few signed with the t like this but most have a j shape to them.Also the top name is Mary Astor and her husband was a partner of Roosevelts.I found it in a large collection that I am going throu.Im sure they faked autographs back then too as it was a big hobby in the 40s and 50s.

Yes fakes hav ebeen around forever. The T he signs when not cursive absolutely looks like a J and not like this example. If this is real it is an exception and a rare one at that.
