He's a member, which pretty much anyone can be - not a registered dealer.  That's why he's not listed on the site.

So it's better to buy to a registered dealer and not just a member ?

Well, theoretically.  RD's actually have a criteria they have to meet, but I'm not as big a fan of the registered dealer program as I used to be. Anyone who pays their dues can be a UACC member, so that assertion ranges anywhere from irrelevant to suspicious.
