I actually believe this one is Genuine . It looks like a 1990's  Photograph that I acquired in New York .

Really?! When compared to his earlier sigs, I thought it was way off the mark. I guess age and attitude had caught up with Nixon. I've been wanting a Nixon autograph and was thinking about getting it.

that is one strange looking R

I would post mine, but it is in the Safe deposit Box in Vermont  . The "R"  looks my my IN PERSON  SP.  yes the signature is very different than the other Nixon items that I own, but I believe this is his 1990's era sig. Regardless of my opinion, never buy something you are not comfortable with . Autographs are very subjective.

Thanks, Karl, for the info and advice.

BTW, I had a dear friend who lived in Morrisville, VT. We were friends for years until he passed away last March.

Did you get to meet Nixon and get his autograph? Or did you purchase an in-person Nixon autograph?

My late father worked for the DNC back in the 1960s. He did a lot of work with Robert Kennedy and us kids got to meet him on a couple of occasions. I was ten years old when I got to meet RFK. Sadly, all the pics and signed stuff we had was lost in Huricane Katrina.

BTW, my father said he much preferred working with RFK than he did JFK. He thought RFK much more authentic and down to earth than JFK who he thought was more standoffish and very self-conscious.

Well, more info than you wanted I'm sure.

as always
