This ruth a good deal?

Seller is willing to go down to 2800. Jsa loa and psa loa. Do you think thats a good price? Easily would grade a 9 or 10 and probably one of the boldest signatures ive seen

Not quite a ten because the signature has light/dark variation, but a solid nine signature easily! go for it
