Terrier and anyone else who has an opinion,

What are your thoughts on this 1979 Topps signed Thurman Munson.    This one last sold at Heritage Auctions in August 2009 for $1600 or so.   Personally, I don't like it.

The only definitely real 1979 Thurman Munson that I've ever seen was from a Mastro auction in April 2001, where someone snagged an incredible deal (even at that time), where they got this real one, pictured below, for $928!

I've heard of a handful of others that are in existence, but again, this is the only real one I've ever seen.   Anyone else ever seen any real 1979 signed Topps Munsons besides this one?

I think the first name is too sloppy, and his last name is too shaky.  The character formation of the letters in the last name don't like like any Munsons I've seen, especially the last couple years of his life.

I came across this one a while back.  Not sure how this one passed.

Yes, we talked about this one in another post, a major PSA/DNA blunder.
