The start of the 'M' looks all wrong to me but this was in a vintage lot from an longtime autograph collector's collection of thousands of legit signatures.   Did Joe ever have a secretary 'ghost sign', etc?

Joe's sister had been known to sign his autograph and all the ones that  I've seen have included "Best Wishes." This particular one was either done by her or it's a secretarial. It's certainly not Joe's autograph.

the dead giveaway for Joe's sister is the ending of the "o".

Thanks guys.

I knew it didn't look 'legit' but I didn't figure it was a 'fake for profit' given where it came from.

I just wanted to find out what it actually was and this has been a big help.
