I would guess the first to be Walter Hagen. Do you have any context for the collection? Were they used for models or comics?

Sorry sir for some reason I did not get your reply until now. Vincent Zito was a sketch artist in the 1920-30's and he did many athlete and celebrity sketches while he was living in Paris
