Seller says his son got this from a New England bank for opening a savings account 7-8 years ago. Obviously does not come with a COA. Seller's other items are used clothes and knick knacks. This is the only piece of memorabilia. Looks like it could be authentic. Thoughts?

the story is true, I actually one of these helmets.  Likely authentic.

Terrier, something you would feel confident Bidding on if you didn't already own one? Or be patient and wait for a steal with a COA?

I paid 200 for mine.  honestly, you will not find any "steals" with authentic Brady autographs.

the listing says there is no certificate with it.  mine came with the letter from the Patriots referring to their "Extra Points" Visa Card.  Apparently if you applied for and received one of these credit cards, you got the Brady signed helmet.

Very true. The $700 they are all asking for for his most recent signing is outrageous. Was just wondering if maybe one from 4 years ago with an MM hologram would pop up on eBay and I could grab it for under $350. Probably wishful thinking. So in your opinion you believe this to be authentic?

here is mine:

Thank you for all of your help. The story seems to add up and the sig looks to be authentic to me. Guess I can ask seller if he ever received the note from patriots that came with the new account/credit card. Thanks again!

good luck!

here is an older ebay listing showing the helmet and the letter:

Thank you for all the info you have provided me with. I really appreciate it!
