I prefer to buy autographs in person, but I'm thinking about making an exception for this Tom Osborne autograph. I'm looking on eBay after striking out with card shops in Nebraska.

I asked this seller to post a picture of the COA so I could verify it. He gave me the certification number but not a picture of the COA (the cert. number checked out online). Would you be comfortable buying this autograph?
