Hi all

I have a Tombstone movie poster that has cast signatures    I did not buy this (it was given to me) so im not out anything if it is fake but im hoping that you all might have an opinion on the real or fake :)

I know the market is flooded with fakes so my hopes are dim...  Thanks in advance for looking

The Kurt Russell looks much different from many others I have seen. I love the film and wish it was real but the odds of that are slim in my opinion.

The Val Kilmer and Billy Bob Thornton looks right, not sure of some of the other cast. Possibly Charlton Heston is also.
So that is good news. Thanks for your input. Where would be a good place to send it off to be validated ?
The signatures all have this look about them, like they were drawn by the same hand sorry....
Plus the likelihood of someone obtaining this many actors is highly unlikely. Unless provenance was rock solid on it. Say for instance a convention but for this movie I doubt that. The only other way would have been a signing.

The Collector's Choice Inc. seller was previously mentioned on here, when someone asked about a forged Sopranos cast signed photo that was purchased from them.

The Tombstone cast signed poster was originally purchased from a seller named filmfanatix or from one of his other associated seller accounts.

One of his eBay seller accounts is located here:

This seller also has a seller account on ioffer w/ the seller user id "filmfanatix143"

One eBay listed auction example, where the same type of COA is listed

the feedback page looks very private. Does he not want us to see the posters before they had an autograph on them purchased last week? Who knows.....

filmfanatix aka Collector's Choice Inc. was also discussed under this thread

Wow Here it is nice catch dexter. I think the proof is in the pudding. This post totally sums it up. Funny cause i thought it all looked like the same hand signed these as well in one of my earlier posts.

First reaction is that this is an incredibly unlikely piece.  I'd want the full explanation of how they got EVERYONE in the cast, as well as why the poster looks pristine.

I will also agree that I'm seeing signs that these were signed by the same hand - look at the Powers Boothe and Paul Ben-Victor signatures at the bottom, for example.

Let's put it this way, the director of the movie Tombstone couldn't have gotten all these signatures
