Tracks letter of authentication

Hi guys, I bought a very nice signed card by Ringo & Barbara at Tracks and just received the package today. However I noticed that it didn't come with the Tracks LOA. Does Tracks ship the LOA separately from the item or they don't provide LOAs anymore? And how do I contact Tracks? I have sent emails on other issues to sales@tracks.co.uk before but never got any response. Thanks in advance!

They sometimes  send them separately  in the UK give them a week then email  them again

They always send it separately. If the package gets lost and it has the letter, the new owner can claim ownership. If it get lost without the letter, the rightful owner can claim ownership. That’s how it was explained to me.

Wow Mark thanks for the useful information! Do they send it after they know that I have received the main package or do they send them at the same time, just in separate packages? I'd better contact them for the tracking number of the LOA since I didn't get the mailing information in my email.

I've been dealing with Tracks since the early 1990's....great people! They usually send the COA separately.
