I think they're both okay, but something about the B in Boggs seems off. Spahn is interesting, as it's on a 1978/79 Pirates logo ball from Rawlings. No idea what the connection is between Spahn and the Pirates.

Boggs "B" formation has been getting funky.  its probably good, but I would go for one of his older signatures.

That's what I was thinking, which is part of the problem. I purchase the ball already, but I won't know until it arrives whether it's a "new" or "old" signature. Even then, I might not know, but if this is on an AL ball, I guess I'd be more concerned than I already am.

The more I look at it, the more problems I'm seeing. Is the formation on the "ggs" wrong? First, the s is missing, but beyond that, the g usually looks like a curve, but on these, they look like looks. I mean the line leading into each g.
