Two mystery NASCAR autographs ('98-2000 timeframe)

Good evening.  

I need help identifying two NASCAR autographs from the 1998 - 2000 timeframe.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The first one appears to have an 8 or 18 after it... and probably starts with a J.  I think the last name begins with K.  Jason Keller comes to mind, but the 8/18 doesn't make sense.

The second one appears to have a capital D and S.  There is either an 84 or 'gy' at the end.

I've figured out the other 31 but these two have me completely stumped.

In the Bobby Hamilton #18 truck.  I'm embarrassed that I didn't make that connection. I was stuck on the last name beginning with a K.  THANK YOU BRIAN!

I've got it.  The driver of car number 34 in the 2000 Busch Series... David Green.
