Unknown autograph help

Hi everybody,

I'm a longtime reader but a first time poster. I bought this item in a lot and I cant figure out who it is. I believe I was told it was Dale Murphy but I don't think that's accurate If anybody has any other guesses I would appreciate it.

it is definitely not Dale Murphy. Other than that, I do not recognize the signer.

I'm not too savy on all the details of jersey types - if we could nail down for certain what sport (if that's possible), maybe we could narrow it down . . .

I have showed it to a few people and they thought it could possibly be a football jersey number based on it size but they had no idea either. The other jersey numbers in the lot were from all 4 major sports.
