Unknown NFL Autograph

Hello Everyone,

I won this football on the NFL Auction Site. It was listed as TE Vernon Davis but when it arrived, I noticed it was definitely NOT Vernon Davis. Biggest hint was the fact that the signature has #18 with it. Any idea of who this is?
