I thought this might be cool. Tell what concerts you are going to see. Let us know if you liked or disliked the show. Maybe show a picture, autograph, guitar pick, drumstick, or a cool story .

I had a friend who worked security the show I was at. She was miffed because of the low turnout, so she got gone. Well after showtime her band went on and played several songs without her. When she showed up they told her to hurry, her band is already playing. She said not until I smoke a cigarette. Pulls one out, smokes it, goes on. Just not a great show. Maybe your show will be much better if there is a good turnout. I'm curious to hear.

Saw Tonya on Thursday.  Very good show, and I'm not a big country music fan.  She sounded very good, but those skin tight jeans and dance moves were a little too much for a 57 year old who's not in the best shape.  She played all of her hits and a few covers too including "Stand by your man" "Desperado" and "It's a Heartache"  The place was 3/4 full.  So she must have liked that.

Since I wasn't shooting the show, I got there about 15 min before show time.  When I get my tickets at will call, I found out the publicist also gave me meet and greet passes.  She didn't tell me, so I missed it!  Didn't see her after the show as security told us to leave.  That was unusual for this venue.  Hope it isn't a sign of things to come.

I've been looking forward to your review, thank you Coach. I'm really glad you saw a good show and the show I saw wasn't the norm. Hate you didn't know about the M&G, that would have been cool.

I would really like to see The Cult. And Eric Burdon, for that matter. Lucky you.

We brought the kids to Disney this past weekend for my daughters birthday. I saw that Def Leppard was playing at the Amway Center before we left so I got a ticket. I went Sat. to the arena, got there and learned that the show had been postponed. I knew Colin Hay was not far away so I went there. While I was there my wife texts me and says guess who we are talking to at the hotel bar area? Yep, Def Leppard. Actually it was just the two Ricks and a Mgr. She said our 9 year old daughter went up to them and said my daddy is a big fan of yours. Rick Allen said where is he? She said, your concert. My wife said they were super nice, talked to them for 45 min. Going to send the kids a signed photo.

Great story-

Is anyone bothering with the Guns N' Roses "reunion"? The level of hype and interest just seems to have plummeted.  I think a few years ago this might have been bigger news, but now even the fans seem worn out.

I disagree. GNR will draw in huge money. The two "warm-up gigs before coachella are already hot tickets. I think the fans want to see it but were disappointed to hear that it wasn't a "reunion" at all- they wanted the full original band and got 3 guys- Axl, Slash, Duff. A real reunion would make people go nuts, IMO.

I'm sure it will. It just feels like the hype spiked then died down.

I saw what Axl was passing off as GNR in 2012, and it was pretty crappy. A 3 hour blah concert with way too many players and zero cohesion as a band. Problem is, are Duff and Slash magically going to fix this sloppy mess? The Axl/Slash makeup is big news, but I think they needed to replace more parts to make this work. This is 50/50 new GNR and old GNR.

Id like to see slash rip it up on the gunners songs. Axl,s voice is very nasal to say the least. Geffen records worked with the band a good couple of years before they got there sound together.

Axl sounds like grandma in a bear trap.  That being said, I still found him to be a capable performer when I saw him.

Id still go and see them if they rocked up here.
