Van Morrison....Real?

Guy said he got it in Atlanta GA a few years ago when Van did a show there.     Definitely am no expert on Van....I need some help.

Awesome.    What do u think is a fair price?    He wants 200$ plus a Slash signed 8x10 I have.    Is this reasonable?
