verifiedautographs COA failed 3rd party

Heads up everybody! The RGIII autograph I bought from Amazon and came with a COA from verifiedautographs.com failed 3rd party authentication. Included with the COA was a photo from the signing (according to verifiedautographs). The gentleman from JSA not only pointed out details of the signature that stood out, but also told me he was actually there at the signing that day that the picture was taken! I'm still waiting for their response regarding a refund.

I purchased something from them recently,based on somethings that I had read. Ive not collected in years but I believe one of your 5 star reviews was up on the site. Anyhow I contacted them regarding what I picked up from them and some of the issues i found in the Signature....I asked about Provenance and they told me that got some stock of the Athlete from a sit down signing and some from a Hobby Shop in Baltimore...So that thru the flag for me not their fault by any means,But offered Right away to make it right.

When I questioned how they were able to beat everyone else's prices, they replied telling me RGIII charges $50 per mini helmet when signing a quantity of 50. It was that reply giving me specific numbers, along with this being my first autograph that led to that review. It took me a while, but I've found a couple dealers which happen to be smaller companies that I feel 100% comfortable with.
Not that VA doesn't have authentic items, as I've read several posts from their satisfied customers

Yeah, something's up with them for sure.  I remember them selling Rodgers for $75 when the next lowest price was twice that much at any private signing.

i ended up returning my item when they told me they had a few signatures then purchased a BATCH from a store in baltimore they did refund me fast though.
