Viggo Mortensen's Poetry Book

I found a first edition the book Coincidence of Memory in my local thrift store called the Value Center. I thought the poems were cute. Then I noticed it was signed, so I quickly got it. However I know nothing about signatures or valuation. There's a similar copy on ebay for $400. Is this real? Is that a reasonable price? Even if it is real I have no idea how to sell something like this. Any help can be good.

That is a real signed copy of the book by Viggo.
