Vinyl 45 Autographed to his niece by Country singer George Kent

I have a 45 vinyl record by country singer George Kent.  The record is "She'll Wear Herself Out Leaving Town" ......the autograph reads:  "To Elaine, Love to my sweet niece, Uncle George"
