Walt disney autograph, real or fake?

Hello pals, same as the title.. my impression is authentic, but not sure because sooo many forgeries of Walt's autograph.. what's your opinion?

I think fake for two reasons

1. Walt didn’t actually sign that neatly

2. The “W” in wishes doesn’t have the hook off to the right like the w in walt which would be atypical for an inscription with that style of signature.
