Just FYI - my experience with Vision Merch is as follows:
Day 1: Place order, receive no email confirmation
Day 7: Realize you've received no confirmation of your order, send an email
Day 14 : Realize you've received no response to your email, send another email
Day 21: Determine email isn't working - reach out to social media channels, receive automated answers to email them. Scream.
Day 28: Email every single email address you can find, asking them to get back to you or we're heading for chargeback territory
Day 29: Item ships and you receive your first email communication/confirmation from them confirming your order and shipment at the same time. No tracking provided.
I had a very different experience with them. I ordered a signed poster and had good communication throughout. When the poster came, it wasn't signed. I emailed them and they immediately sent me a signed poster with no questions asked. I'm sure experiences are varied, as with all companies, but my experience was a good one. Just FYI.
