What Do You Think of This Lennon & Ono Signature?

What do you think of this John & Yoko dual signed paper back book?
The autograph page is yellowed but the signatures are clear. The book seems to be in
good condition. The price is right.

Been reading Hunter Davies book on Beatles lyrics it's really informative about how the songs were written and shows pics of original lyrics penned by the boys.
