What kind of grade would you give this mantle ball

Im 99.9% sure it's real. But looking for a grade... Only two small spots, one above the y and one on the panel above his autograph

it is impossible to "grade" a ball based on photos.  the signature is authentic.  This is site about authenticity.  Grading is done by others.
