Who do I ship my autographs with ?

Hi,
I live in the U.K and I've started to sell some of my autographs through RR auctions. I have been buying and selling on Ebay for around a year now and one I sent to a buyer never arrived despite the fact that the item was recorded , I was only refunded a fraction of the price that the item had originally cost me by Royal Mail.
A few weeks ago I sent a Led Zeppelin signed poster (will be in Feb's auction) to RR. It was held up at JFK airport for 3 weeks as it was sent in a tube and I never thought it would arrive but it finally did to my relief.
Does anyone know who the most reliable shipping companies are and do they offer insurance for autographs ? Thanks

Hi Marcus. None of them are brilliant, but I always stick with Royal Mail/Parcelforce. As soon as you go over £250 insurance the cost goes up high, but I am still yet to have any go 'missing' (though I've had a few heart-in-mouth' moments!).
