I believe this is a Blues or Jazz singer.  Signed autograph but can't read the last name.  First name "Billy"  Last name starts with a "D" or "P" Dated 1949  autograph1.jpg

Looks to be Billy Daniels.

Billy Daniels was a big band singer and then solo artist.

He had a huge post-war hit with "That Old Black Magic."
