Who is this signature- Japanese Baseball Player

Hello,

So I’ve had this baseball for almost 30 years. I received it from my aunt who received it from my uncle. My uncle was a merchant marine and the story my uncle got this baseball signed by Sadaharu Oh during his playing days.  I don’t read Japanese and have tried matching it to Oh’s signature during his playing days but it doesn’t seem to fit.  Any help appreciated..
