Who's signature is this?? Help!

I have an autographed 3x5 index card of a celebrity or athlete I cannot decipher. It looks like the last name could be "Ross" or "Rose"? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could it be a slightly rushed Diana Ross?  I haven't studied her so I could be completly wrong, but it looks similar.

I also have a Dean Martin index card and those seem to be hard to come by, any idea on that value of that?
