Whose Cowboys autograph is this?

I found this helmet while cleaning a vacant apartment. It has a #22 on it. I googled it, and it says #22 could be Emmit Smith or Bob Hayes, but it doesn't look like either one of their signatures. Can anyone help?

It is Emmit Smith.

I am not sure if the signature is authentic. I have seen many Emmitt Smith signatures and that helmet certainly has an attempt at his autograph, but I am just not sure. I have never studied his signature.

Here is a link to a similar item, to give you an idea.  If you would like to get a better feel for pricing, go to ebay, and search for Emmitt Smith (proper spelling).  there are several there to look at.  This one is authenticated by JSA, who is a pretty highly regarded authentication company.
