Why is Cal Ripken Jr autograph item so low in price?

I browse through ebay and noticed his autograph items are not that high. Is it because he signed a lot of items? He is a HOFer and a known to be a good guy. I would expect it to be higher.

Well, that auction does note that the ball has some aging spots.
