Will someone take the challenge?

Hi, folks. Been a while.

In looking at my relatively small collection of baseballs, I recently noticed that my Oscar Gamble is badly faded. It was on its way to the bag of balls to play with when I noticed that there is another autograph on it! I don't remember where or when this ball was signed, so that's no help.

Does it look at all recognizable to any of you? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

YES! I remember that I DID meet him at some point. Sometime in the 80s, I think. THANK YOU!!!!!
