Hi Adam, sorry but IMHO I don't think that is not even close to a legitimate signature from Mr Sinatra :( As soon as I saw the formation of the leading "Fr" I was "spooked" !! Also - is that written in silver ink? Sorry that I couldn't be the bearer of a happier opinion. Best, David.
